For a smoking gun example of discrimination in China, one need not look any further than the infamous Beijing Huijia Private School in Beijing which is well-known as a low ball operation. Despite being the worst offender that I can think of in China over the past 15-years, they've been in operation for 17-years. Check out their employment blog at wordpress

The blog is maintained by Amanda Chen who is their director of human resources and her assistant there is Joy Yu. Both of them hate blacks, Muslims, Jews, and many others. At least they don't blink or blush on their position concerning their refusal to hire minorities or people of varying faiths. They plainly state it in black and white. They also are so bold as to make statements such as "...smashing the American Imperialist pigs..."

That is not a business that would ever be licensed in the USA. IT is not a business that anyone in China should work for and if you are planning on taking a job at the school, or if one of their lying two faced recruiters has called you, run, don't walk to the nearest exit.

Is it so shocking that there is huge discrimination in China?
Or in any parts of Asia for that matter?

There are very few places where you can work in Eastern Asia where you wont face huge discriminatory issues.

That one example you gave is surprisingly blunt about it though lol. Smile

Checked out the blog. It's just a homepage now. Maybe they took it down after negative press.
