Hi all!

I'm looking for ESL jobs in Abu Dhabi and Dubai but this is the first time I've stepped into the world of ESL. Does anyone have any suggestions? I just applied to ADU and now I'm afraid, from what I read, it's not reliable. They haven't called me yet though.

Can anyone suggest anything on how to tell good, reliable schools/uni positions vs. the scams? I want to apply to the universities mostly because all of my teaching experience is at the university level but I don't know which ones are established over there.

Thanks! Very Happy

It's pretty much imposible to get an esl job in the U.A.E unless you have an BA, or masters.

ESL Teaching in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or elsewhere in the United Arab Emirates is an opportunity that is growing real well. There is a great demand for well qualified and experienced teachers. However, due to the high demand but low supply, there may be positions available that do not emphasize having a degree. If you are a native English speaker, and can teach well, you should be able to secure a decent job in Dubai / UAE.

You can apply to some or all of the top Universities in UAE as well as the top recruiters there, including those who recruit specifically for the educational sector.

Hope this helps!
