I’m an Australian, native English speaker, with a Bachelors Degree and have been teaching in China for the past 2 years.
As I’d like to teach English at a call center in India could anyone please tell me where/how I’d apply?
Many thanks.

Call centers are used mainly by banks and financial institutions. It might therefore be a good idea to contact the HR departments of banks to see how they operate and how they train their staff.

Teaching is certainly needed, especially pronunciation and cross-cultural awareness. I deal with two banks whose centers are simply not fit for purpose because of the inadequacy of the staff's language skills.
