I am moving out of my studio in Pyeongtaek and need someone to take over. The deposit is 3,000,000won and rent is 380,000 a month. Its 10-12 pyeong, covered parking garage, comes with Aircon and a Gas Stove. Bills are really cheap, gas is about 6,000 a month, electricity is about 15-20,000won a month. Its relatively new and in good condition. Its a nice quite area, very friendly for foreigners but very few here. Apt. also has a small personal balcony. About 1.5 kilometers from Pyeongtaek Station and about 2-3 KM from Pyeongtaek University. Many buses run near here, 20, 2-2,7,15, and a bunch more. Come check it out this weekend!!
