Hello All,
Does anybody have any information on teaching prospects, leads, contacts for English teaching vacancies in Greece? And/or costs, salaries and general information.
Any help is much appreciated.
Regards,

I would be interested to hear how you get on. I am currently studying for a trinity tesol cert prior to moving to Crete. I would like to teach in a school before even attempting any one-to-one lessons. Tina
FYI (if you don't know already) there is an English Language Newspaper called the Athens News which is available on-line. There are a number of jobs in the classifieds which might suit. None on Crete at the moment though. Tina |

Hi both. Well I'm still in the UK after a successful tesol course. We are still waiting to sell the house - great time to be in a buyers market!. Still the school where I did my tesol asked me to stay on and teach and I am still there, specialising in business/law adults as well as general stuff. Really great school and teachers - oh and the students are good too!
Have already touched base with anglo hellenic and will be back in contact with them once we have arrived in Crete. However have got the study bug back and am looking at the dip as soon as I can do it.
Will post anything else I find out in the meantime - ie re the licence etc..... |
