Hi, does anyone have experience using English videos with their adult students?

For example sites like http://shawenglish.com and http://engvid.com have a lot of video resources.

I usually maybe show a video or 2 in class and get them to do a lot of self-study watching other videos.

Am I just being a lazy teacher for getting them to watch another teacher?

Video is the future.
