So, like, there's this web site (migrationexpert.com) that offers visa services to "skilled workers" You've got your choice of migrating to U.S. Canada or Australia. And I thought "OMG! Those countries all speak English and I wouldn't have to learn, like, another language." But then I read the fine print of what services cost ($400-4000) and the limits of their services:

"We are not part of any government. We are a private company and we do not have the authority to grant you a visa of any kind. We can only assist and advise people who want to migrate or travel to their selected country. Please note that the final decision on all visa applications rests with the relevant government department in each respective country."

so I thought, I'd let you guys know about this.... what do you think? Isn't the normal process "get the job first, then get the visa" Would you gamble on gettin' a visa or just get the job first and see what happens?
